The Barge House project forms part of the iconic OXO Tower Wharf development on London’s South Bank, providing a high-quality conference centre and office space in a prestigious riverside location. The structure combines durability and visual refinement, showcasing both basic and superfine concrete finishes throughout.

The project objective was to deliver a modern, multi-use facility that complements the architectural heritage of the surrounding area while offering contemporary functionality and aesthetic appeal. The design focused on precision concrete work, balancing strength with a refined visual finish suitable for exposed elements in a prominent public setting.

Construction involved the careful coordination of formwork, steel fixing, and concrete placing to achieve the specified high-quality finishes. Stairwells and columns feature exposed concrete, requiring meticulous workmanship to meet aesthetic and structural standards. The attention to detail and craftsmanship ensured consistency and visual uniformity across all visible surfaces.
